{"id":31333,"date":"2023-05-25T23:04:50","date_gmt":"2023-05-26T04:04:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cybermexico.mx\/?p=31333"},"modified":"2023-05-25T23:05:05","modified_gmt":"2023-05-26T04:05:05","slug":"congreso-aprobo-informe-que-acusa-al-expresidente-peruano-castillo-por-actos-de-corrupcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/cybermexico.mx\/congreso-aprobo-informe-que-acusa-al-expresidente-peruano-castillo-por-actos-de-corrupcion\/","title":{"rendered":"Congreso aprob\u00f3 informe que acusa al expresidente peruano Castillo por actos de corrupci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(Agencias) El pleno del Congreso peruano aprob\u00f3 este jueves un informe final que recomienda acusar al expresidente Pedro Castillo (2021-2022) por presuntos delitos de corrupci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n criminal en la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos de inversi\u00f3n en varias municipalidades y bajo la direcci\u00f3n del ministerio de Vivienda.<\/p>\n<p>El informe final de la Comisi\u00f3n de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n fue aprobado por 59 votos, despu\u00e9s de que el legislador fujimorista H\u00e9ctor Ventura lo sustent\u00f3 y recomend\u00f3 formular acusaci\u00f3n constitucional contra Castillo, el exministro de Vivienda Geiner Alvarado, la esposa del exmandatario Lilia Paredes, su hermana Yenifer Paredes, altos funcionarios, alcaldes y empresarios involucrados.<\/p>\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n parlamentaria sostiene que los delitos de corrupci\u00f3n se cometieron durante la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos de inversi\u00f3n en el contexto de la actuaci\u00f3n de una presunta organizaci\u00f3n criminal, liderada por Castillo, seg\u00fan indic\u00f3 el Congreso en Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>Los delitos fueron denunciados en reportajes period\u00edsticos en los que se observ\u00f3 a la hermana de Lilia Paredes, Yenifer Paredes, acudiendo a ofrecer obras de saneamiento en distritos rurales con el financiamiento del ministerio de Vivienda o de los municipios, a cargo de empresas de amigos suyos y en las que ella misma trabajaba.<\/p>\n<p>IBA A SER SOMETIDO A JUICIO POL\u00cdTICO<\/p>\n<p>A ra\u00edz de estos hechos, Castillo iba a ser sometido a un juicio pol\u00edtico por el Parlamento y deb\u00eda presentarse ante el pleno para responder a las denuncias en su contra, cuando decidi\u00f3 el pasado 7 de diciembre anunciar un golpe de Estado, el cierre del Congreso e instaurar un gobierno de emergencia.<\/p>\n<p>El exmandatario fue detenido minutos m\u00e1s tarde de su anuncio de un \u00abautogolpe\u00bb y recluido en el penal de Barbadillo por el presunto delito de rebeli\u00f3n, mientras que su esposa e hijos viajaron a M\u00e9xico, donde el mandatario de ese pa\u00eds les dio asilo.<\/p>\n<p>Precisamente, este jueves, la Fiscal\u00eda indic\u00f3 que Lilia Paredes puede ser condenada a un m\u00ednimo de ocho a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en el proceso que se le sigue por presuntamente integrar en una organizaci\u00f3n criminal al interior del Gobierno de Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEste Ministerio P\u00fablico concluye, como prognosis concreta de pena (conocimiento anticipado de un suceso), que al momento de llegarse a condenar, si es que as\u00ed fuera, se le impondr\u00eda no menos de 8 a\u00f1os de pena privativa de la libertad\u00bb, sostuvo el fiscal Jos\u00e9 Garc\u00eda al exponer durante una audiencia judicial para pedir su detenci\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n<p>Al presentar los argumentos del pedido de variaci\u00f3n de comparecencia simple a 28 meses de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra Paredes y otros investigados, el fiscal dijo que se atribuye a la ex primera dama ser \u00abcoordinadora de una presunta red criminal en el Ejecutivo\u00bb que presidi\u00f3 su esposo entre julio de 2021 y diciembre de 2022, cuando fue destituido por el Congreso tras intentar dar un golpe de Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Agencias) El pleno del Congreso peruano aprob\u00f3 este jueves un informe final que recomienda acusar al expresidente Pedro Castillo (2021-2022) por presuntos delitos de corrupci\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n criminal en la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos de inversi\u00f3n en varias municipalidades y bajo la direcci\u00f3n del ministerio de Vivienda.
